Overview
Kelly Bar is the key part of a drilling machine , and its quality directly affects the whole machine based on the rich maunfacturing experience and by absorbing the advanced technology both at home and board, we can produce first-class kelly bars which can be matched with drilling rigs of Bouer , Sany , Soilmec , MAT , IMT , Casagrande , etc.
The Features of FAE kelly bar are as follows:

There are mainly two types of kelly bars:
1.Interlocking Kelly Bar 2.Frction Kelly Bar
1) interlocking Kelly Bar
Interlocking kelly bars are used with pilling rigs for drilling in dense sand, gravel and weak to strong rock. The interlocking kelly bars can be fully locked by mechanical locking system on each section. Kelly bars can be equipped with specially designed springs or pressure plates for shock absorbing purpose.
2) Friction Kelly bar
Friction Kelly bar is another type kelly of bar, which the external key is composed of 3 or 6 wear -resistant strip without pressunrizing point.This kelly bar can form pressure force when the kelly bar is rotary.can produce peripheral force and the rotary passing down the pressure force,can produce the friction force.This kelly bar has the advantage of opeerating sample .drilling deep,but with less pressure transmission.So this kelly bar is suitable for the soft and silt layer.
Composite full-interlocking kelly bar is one type of kelly bar combining of machine-locking form and full-interlcking form,and has variety of different collocations.Composite full-interlocking kelly ba is based on domestic kelly bar configuration and working condition demand,combined with forrign kelly bar manufacturing design technology,supporting all the domestic and foreign piling rig brands.This kelly bar is used for high-strength alloy steel pipe and wear-resisitant alloy strip, and we take the specialized technology treatment for the wearing part, such as pressure point, square head and retainting ring and so on, to ensure the kelly bar’s reliability and long life.
