1) Soil drilling bucket

There are two types for soil drilling bucket:

A-Single bottom drilling bucket   B-Double bottom drilling bucket

Drilling diameter:600mm-2000mm

Shell length:800mm-1500mm

Material:Q345C

Main applications:

-Suitable for drilling in clay,soil and loose to medium dense sand and gravel

-Single bottom drilling bucket are used for clay layer

-Double bottom drilling bucket are mainly used for bigger diameter uncased boreholes

Features:

-Kelly box size as per customer's demand

-Bucket thickness can be made 16mm or 20mm as customer's demand

-The single bottom plate thickness:50mm

-The double bottom plate thickness:40/50mm

-Teeth type:V19 or V20

2) Rock drilling bucket

There are two types for rock drilling buckets

A-Single cut drilling bucket

B-Double cut drilling bucket

Drilling diameter range:520mm-2500mm

Shell length:800mm-150mm

Material:Q345C

Main Applications:

Suitable for drilling in rock layer and sandy gravel.

3) Rock core barrel 

Drilling diameter:520mm-2500mm

Shell length:800mm-1500mm

Material:16Mn/Q345C

Main applications:

Core barrel are used for hard layer and coring.

Features:

-Kelly box size as per customer's demand

-Bucket thickness can be made 16mm or 20mm as customer's demand

-Teeth type:B47K-22H/3050.with round holder or roller bits.

4) Mud bucket  

Drilling diameter range:600-1200mm

Shell Length:1200mm 

Meterial:Q345C

Features:

-Mud drilling bucket are used for silt or mud layer 

-Kelly box size as per customer demand 

-Bucket thickness: 30/40 mm

-Cantboard thickness:50mm

-Teeth type : V19/V20 teeth
